Warranty is applicable for Manufacturing Defects of MOTOR and SMPS only within 12 Months of purchase. Motor & SMPS will be free but visit charges of Rs. 300 will be applicable during warranty period. For all other issues within warranty or out warranty the Visit Charges of Rs 300 + Taxes are applicable along with part cost, payable by customer.
Not Covered in Warranty
The Warranty does not cover Plastics, Rubber, Glass and Consumable Items Like All Filters, Membranes, UV, Tubes / UV Barrel, Pre-Filters or Third-Party Installations. Accessories External to the System. Damage Parts. The Product is Not Used According to the Instructions Given in the Instruction Manual. Defects Caused by Improper Use as Determined by the Company Personnel. Modification or Alteration of Any Nature is Made in the Electrical Circuitry or Physical Construction of the Set. Site (Premises Where the Product is Kept) Conditions that do not conform to the Recommended Operating Conditions of the Machine. Defects Due to Cause Beyond Control Like Lightning, Abnormal Voltage, Acts of God, While in Transit to Service Centres or Purchaser's Residence.
