Warranty Summary
1 year domestic warranty on all parts excluding consumables & Germ Kill Kit. Any technician visits, if required, will be charged to the consumer.
Warranty Service Type
To register a complaint, consumers can either dial 1800-570-1000 or email pureit.hul@unilever.com. The warranty obligation shall be limited to repairing or providing a replacement for the part(s) found faulty. Pureit technicians will visit the homes of consumers who have raised a complaint/ request to resolve the issue.
Covered in Warranty
All other components, including the electrical parts, will have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
