Misuse, mishandling, and poor product condition void the warranty. Replacement, subject to validation, incurs delivery charges (approx 60-120 INR based on pincode). Replaced items are not covered. Only one replacement is allowed during the warranty. In some cases, customers must self-return products for warranty claims, covering return shipping costs. Disputes are under Delhi jurisdiction.
