| Warranty Service Type | Replacement / Repair : 3 Months Standard + 3 Months Conditional warranty. It is necessary to get warranty activated within 7 days of placing the order by . No Warranty claims shall be entertained if customer does not get warranty activated within 7 days for whatsoever reason. Repalacement shall be sent to Customer's address once defective item is returned. For Data Cables, Warranty is valid only for 3 months from Date of Purchase, For Charger Adapters : 3 Months Standard + 3 Months Conditional. |
| Not Covered in Warranty | Any Kind of Physical Damage, Issues arising due to external factors or due to Voltage Fluctuation, Current Surge, Exposure to Moisture, Heating, Slow Charging are not covered in warranty. Warranty Doesn't Cover Defects/Damage due to Misuse-Mishandling, Voltage fluctuations. Warranty shall be rejected if product is in used & poor condition. Replacement shall be provided to the customer after proper validation, Customer shall pay Delivery charges for approx 60-120 INR depending on pincode for replacement unit. Item issued in replacement to original order shall not be covered in warranty. Only 1 replacement can be issued during warranty period. Incase of Warranty claims, No Pickup in few cases and Customer Need to Self Return the Product or pack the item as per guidelines.
